Simply navigate to our ORDER page and click on the order form button. After an order inquiry is placed, we will reach out within 24-48 hours to discuss the order details. We reserve the right to charge a rush fee for any last-minute orders (particularly those requested within 24 hours of the order date).

We offer small (feeds up to 4), medium (feeds up to 7), large (feeds up to 10), and extra-large boards (feeds up to 15). All boards are built on disposable, eco-friendly palm leaf platters.

*Please note that these are appetizer portions, and we recommend sizing up if this will be the main source of food or if you’d like to serve a larger group.*

We offer individual options as well: single serving boxes, charcuterie cups, and skewers.

1) The 14oz charcuterie cups are $14 each and are a handheld, individual option that features cheese, cured meats, cracker pack, other accouterments, and honey straw or jam. This is a SNACK portion that feeds 1.

2) The single serving boxes are $25 each and feature 1 cheese, 1 cured meat, crackers on the side, other accoutrements, and honey straw or jam. This is a MEAL portion that feeds 1. Each box is 6x6x2 inches.

3) Our skewers are sold in sets of 30 and are all the same (excluding a preference for vegetarian). Each skewer is filled with 1 cheese, 1 cured meat, and other seasonal ingredient. This is a TASTE/BITE portion. Each skewer is about 3.5 inches.

All or our products are uniquely curated and no two are guaranteed to be identical. INGREDIENTS MAY BE SEASONAL AND ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS.

However, we will always include a variety of soft/hard cheeses, cured meats, & other accoutrements such as nuts, artisan jams, dried fruits, fresh fruits. You can expect seasonal picks as well.

Each board/box also includes serving utensils and crackers on the side.

Yes! We can omit cured meats on any board and make a cheeseboard only. We would add additional quantities of cheese.

We do offer pork alternatives such as beef or turkey salami. Pork alternatives are subject to a surcharge and are dependent on the board size.

Yes! Each order comes with crackers on the side. If you’re a cracker fan or interested in feeding a larger group, you can always add-on extra crackers to your order. Gluten-free crackers are available upon request.

If you have specific requests, we will do our best to make accommodations, however, our boards are not 100% custom. Please include any requests in the notes section of the order form/inquiry. We can make substitutions, but they may incur an additional fee and is based on availability.

We always do our best to accommodate food allergies and dietary requests, however, we do not operate in a 100% allergy-free environment. Although we can omit ingredients, there may be a risk of cross-contamination. If you have severe allergies, please exercise judgement.

Individuals with sensitivities must let us know when placing an order and please be as specific as possible.

By submitting an order form, you acknowledge this and confirm that Honey & Brie is not responsible for any of the stated allergies or food related issues.

We suggest eating your board/box the day it is picked up or delivered for peak freshness. It is always freshest within 24 hours but within 48 hours is acceptable. We do not recommend beyond 2 days.

Please note that all charcuterie boards & creations are perishable, and they require refrigeration if not consumed in a timely manner.

However, if you are ordering in advance, please let us know (in the order form) and we will package ingredients/the board appropriately. We have packaged plenty of boards in advance for trips or for the holiday season.

Ideally, 4-6 days. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute order requests (submit a form, email us, or call us) and may apply a small rush fee.

We also recommend booking as soon as you know of your event/need. You can inquire about future dates by emailing us.

During the holiday season, we book out weeks in advance.

Yes, we do! Orders must be picked up at the agreed upon pickup time or we cannot guarantee that someone will be available to provide your order.
